Return & Refund Policy
- Return Window: Customers can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Eligibility: Products must be unused, in original packaging, and have all tags present.
- Proof Required: Photos or videos must be provided for any damaged or faulty items.
- Refund Cases: Refunds are given if a product is out of stock or if the wrong/damaged item was delivered.
- Payment Method: Refunds are processed via Easypaisa, JazzCash, or Bank Transfer within 5–7 working days.
- Exceptions: No returns for used items, sale products, or simple change of mind (unless exchange is available).
Shipping & Courier Policy
- Delivery Time: Usually 3–7 working days within Pakistan; remote areas may take longer.
- Courier Damage: If a parcel is damaged upon delivery, please report it to the courier immediately.
- Shipping Costs: We bear the cost for wrong or damaged items; customers bear the cost for returns based on personal choice.
